Sissach, Switzerland, June 2025 – Eduardo Terzi has been appointed as new Chief Executive Officer of the R&S Group. He superseded Markus Laesser on this position.
Eduardo brings extensive leadership experience as well as profound industry knowledge, strong market expertise and an established international network to the R&S Group. His experience spans more than two decades in the transformer and energy industries, including his recent role as CEO of the global transformer business at Siemens Energy, where he oversaw a multi-billion revenue business with over 20 manufacturing locations in Europe, North and South America and Asian regions. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous business transformations, entered new markets and has driven several performance improvement initiatives in large corporations such as Siemens Energy, Siemens AG and Motorola.
